I meet you where you are and we partner at an eye-level. Everything that becomes your goal comes from you; your desires, values, inspirations. I am your partner and help you discover those by mindful listening, reflecting and asking questions.

Why would I want some coach telling me how to live my life?

A good coach doesn’t tell you what to do nor how to live your life. I partner with you in order to help you first identify and then achieve what you really want to achieve.

How do you know what I want to achieve? Sometimes I don't know it myself.

When you connect to your basic needs and deepest values, you mostly become clear on what you would like to achieve in your life.

Everytime I set goals for myself I fail, how can you help me?

First, I help you identify goals which are in line with your values and needs, then we make sure you set them to be Specific, Measurable, Action-driven, Realistic and Time-bound (SMART), and approach them playfully week after week. You use them as guidelines and as learning chances. That way you see your own progress continually and are motivated to continue.

The world is full of coaches of every kind, why do you want to be one?

I had the blessing of working with a great coach as a client myself, and reaped the benefits in clarity, mental health and quality of life I haven’t dreamt were possible. It was such a profound experience that I want to help others feel the same. That’s why FeelTheCoaching was born.

All of this sounds like psychotherapy. Is it?

No it’s not. Psychotherapy mostly focuses on the past, finding causes and resolving conflicts. Coaching focuses on present and future; identifying what you really want and how to get there. Coaching and therapy can utilize some of the same principles though, like mindful listening, empathy and motivational interviewing, to name a few.

How can you guarantee I will get the results?

I can’t. No-one can actually. Anyone telling you differently is unrealistic and goes against coaching best practice. I can help you to identify areas in your life in which you are ready to make changes though, work with you on implementing those changes and help you identify what you might need to start making changes in other areas.
